Choosing a Vehicle
How do I choose the right size?
Compare the manufacturer's recommended rider age, vehicle dimensions, seating measurements, and load capacity. Age alone does not determine fit. The rider must be able to reach and operate all controls properly. Follow the manufacturer's rider requirements for the selected model.
What is the difference between mini, mid-size, and full-size go-karts?
These names describe different sizes within the go-kart lineup. Compare the dimensions, seating space, engine specifications, and load limits on individual listings rather than relying on the size label alone.
Can an adult ride a youth model?
Check the manufacturer's rider requirements, seating dimensions, and maximum load. A rider must fit properly and operate the controls without restriction. Being below the weight limit alone does not establish a suitable fit.
How fast does each model go?
Refer to the selected model's published specifications. Actual speed depends on factors such as rider load, terrain, and operating conditions. Do not assume that every model includes a speed limiter or remote shut-off; check the listed features.
How can I compare features between models?
Compare engine or motor specifications, transmission, starting system, brakes, dimensions, seating capacity, and listed equipment. Features such as reverse, electric start, and adjustable seating are model-specific.

Will my vehicle arrive fully assembled?
Assembly requirements vary by model and shipping configuration. Review the product listing before ordering. Complete the manufacturer's required assembly, setup, and pre-operation inspection before use.
What tools and experience are needed?
Use the assembly instructions for your exact model to determine the required tools and procedures. Do not assume a standard tool list or assembly time applies to every vehicle. If you cannot complete the required work correctly, arrange for a qualified mechanic.
Where do I find operating and maintenance instructions?
Use the manufacturer's owner's manual and assembly documentation for the exact model and model year. Follow the specified setup, break-in, inspection, and maintenance procedures.
Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States. Review our shipping policy before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing and transit are separate stages. Timing depends on availability, warehouse processing, carrier scheduling, and destination. Review our shipping policy for published estimates. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Check the email address used at checkout, including its spam or junk folder.
What should I know about freight delivery?
Freight shipments require a delivery appointment, and an adult must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. Review the carrier's instructions and our delivery policy before the scheduled arrival.
What if my shipment arrives damaged or contains the wrong item?
Document the condition with photographs, note visible shipping damage on the delivery paperwork, and contact us promptly with your order number. Review the reporting requirements and deadlines in our policies.
Can I return a vehicle if I change my mind?

Warranty & Ownership
Where can I review warranty information?
Read our Warranty page and the warranty documentation applicable to your selected model before purchasing. Refer to those terms for coverage periods, requirements, exclusions, and claim instructions.
What fuel, oil, or charging instructions should I follow?
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your exact model. Fuel type, fuel-mixing requirements, lubricants, fluid capacities, and charging procedures are not interchangeable across the lineup.
What maintenance and tire pressure does my vehicle require?
Use the inspection schedule, maintenance intervals, and tire pressures specified in the owner's manual or vehicle labels. Front and rear tire pressures may differ. Follow any separate break-in service requirements.
What riding requirements should I check before purchasing?
Review the manufacturer's intended use, rider restrictions, protective-equipment requirements, and operating instructions. Confirm that the selected vehicle is suitable for your intended riding location and check applicable local requirements before ordering.
