Maintenance requirements vary by model, engine or motor type, and operating conditions. Follow the manufacturer's owner's manual for your exact vehicle and model year.
Follow Your Model's Service Schedule
Use the inspection and service intervals specified in the manual, including any separate break-in requirements. Do not assume that the same oil, tire pressure, adjustments, or service schedule applies to every TrailMaster model.
Check Before Operating
Complete the manufacturer's pre-operation inspection before each use. Follow the model-specific instructions for checking controls, brakes, tires, hardware, and other applicable components. Correct any problems before riding.
Fuel, Fluids & Batteries
Use only the fuel, lubricants, fluid quantities, and battery-charging equipment specified for your vehicle. Follow all handling, charging, and storage instructions in the manufacturer documentation.
Cleaning & Storage
Follow the manufacturer's cleaning and storage procedures, including any instructions for fuel-system preparation, battery care, and returning the vehicle to use after storage.
Service & Maintenance Records
Keep a record of service dates, operating hours or mileage where applicable, and the work performed. Retain receipts and inspection records with your vehicle documentation.
If a procedure requires tools or experience you do not have, arrange for a qualified mechanic to perform the work. Do not operate a vehicle with an unresolved mechanical problem.
