Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Area & Processing
We ship within the continental United States. Most new vehicles ship within 1-3 business days, depending on availability, warehouse processing, and carrier scheduling. Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking information is emailed when the order ships.
Transit Times & Delays
Typical transit time after carrier pickup is 3-10 business days. Remote destinations, weather, carrier disruptions, and holiday volume may extend transit times. Processing and transit estimates are separate; arrival on a particular date is not guaranteed.
If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options under applicable law. An estimated delivery date does not limit those rights.
Freight Delivery
Large vehicles ship by freight and require a delivery appointment. An adult must be available to inspect and sign for the shipment. Check the shipment for visible damage before signing, note damage on the delivery paperwork, and take photographs of the packaging and affected areas.
Shipping Damage & Delivery Refusal
For shipping damage, refuse delivery only if the engine is punctured. If the engine is punctured, document the damage, state the reason for refusal on the carrier's paperwork, and contact TrailMasterGoKarts.com immediately.
For other shipping damage, accept delivery, record the visible damage on the delivery paperwork, and contact us immediately with your order number and photographs. Keep the crate, packaging, and damaged items for review. Accepting delivery does not by itself waive a shipping-damage claim or rights provided by law.
If concealed engine damage is discovered after delivery, submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery under our return procedure. Do not assemble, fuel, operate, or modify the vehicle before the damage is reviewed. Missing items and shipping damage are handled separately from manufacturer-defect warranty claims.
Returns & Refunds
Vehicle Return Eligibility
We do not offer change-of-mind vehicle returns. Under our voluntary vehicle return policy, return requests are limited to severe shipping damage and require review. The delivery-refusal rule above applies specifically to a punctured engine; other damage must be reported after accepting delivery.
Vehicles submitted for return review must remain unused and unassembled, with their original crate and packaging retained. Do not fuel, ride, or modify the vehicle. For concealed engine damage, submit the request within 24 hours of delivery. Do not ship a vehicle back without return instructions.
For an authorized pickup, the customer must be available to meet the carrier. Any proposed deduction or restocking charge, where permitted, will be disclosed with the reason before the return is authorized; this page does not establish an unspecified automatic fee.
Incorrect Items
If the wrong item arrives, contact us immediately with your order number and photographs identifying the item. We will review the order and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Keep the item unused and retain its packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take 5-10 business days to display the credit after issuance. Refunds required by law will be issued within the applicable deadline.
Exclusions & Consumer Rights
Assembled, used, or modified vehicles, opened electrical components, and clearance items are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not remove applicable warranty coverage or remedies for defective goods, incorrect goods, or other rights that cannot be excluded by law. Reporting deadlines in our procedures do not shorten any non-waivable legal rights.
Limited Warranty
Limited warranty coverage applies to qualifying manufacturer defects under the applicable BV Powersports policy. Coverage periods, registration and assembly requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures are explained on our Warranty page. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Claims for purchases from TrailMasterGoKarts.com must be submitted through TrailMasterGoKarts.com. Review the complete warranty terms and any model-specific warranty documentation before purchasing.

These terms describe permitted use of TrailMasterGoKarts.com and the conditions presented for purchases through this website. They operate together with the product listing, checkout disclosures, shipping and return policies, and applicable warranty terms. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Permitted Use
You may browse the website and use its shopping and account features for lawful purposes. You must not submit fraudulent orders, use another person's payment information without permission, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website's operation or security.
Accounts & Order Information
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Purchasers must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and authorized to use the selected payment method. Keep account credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized account activity promptly. Do not send full payment-card details through email or contact forms.
Product Information
Review the exact model, selected options, specifications, included equipment, and assembly requirements before ordering. Product descriptions are based on available manufacturer information. Images may show optional equipment or a different color; use the selected listing's included-equipment description when ordering.
If a material pricing, specification, or availability error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your consent. If the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.
Prices & Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Review the total price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and selected options at checkout before submitting payment. Changes to advertised prices do not automatically change an existing order's agreed price.
Intellectual Property
Website text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. Browsing or purchasing does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant permission for unauthorized commercial reproduction. Uses permitted by applicable law remain allowed.

Follow the manufacturer's rider restrictions, assembly instructions, warning labels, and operating limits. General website information does not replace the model-specific owner's manual. Purchasers should check requirements for their intended riding location before ordering. Do not assume a vehicle is approved for public-road use.

Website access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. These terms may be updated for future use and purchases. Later changes do not retroactively reduce the terms or warranty coverage applicable to an earlier purchase.
