TrailMaster Limited Warranty
The coverage below summarizes the BV Powersports Warranty and Policy & Procedures, Version 2025, for online-dealer purchases. Coverage applies to manufacturer defects in the listed components, subject to registration, assembly requirements, and exclusions. Labor is not covered.
Warranty coverage begins on the date the shipment is delivered to the customer. Missing items and shipping damage are handled separately under our shipping policy.
Registration & Assembly Requirements
TrailMasterGoKarts.com, as the selling online dealer, is responsible for registering the product with BV Powersports. BV requires the warranty registration card and a copy of the original sales invoice within 14 days of initial purchase. Keep a copy of your registration card and purchase receipt for your records.
Under this policy, the product must be registered with BV Powersports and assembled by a BV Powersports authorized dealer or certified mechanic to qualify for coverage. Review these requirements before purchasing or arranging assembly.

These periods apply to qualifying manufacturer defects, not normal wear. Refer to any separate BV Powersports warranty documentation issued for your specific model. The electric-kart battery period should not be assumed to apply to other electric vehicle types.
What Is Not Covered
- Labor, downtime, and vehicle pickup or delivery charges.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, corrosion, and accidental damage.
- Racing, jumping, stunt driving, or other uses prohibited by the operator's manual.
- Component failure or damage involving leased or rented vehicles, concession-track use, or structurally altered vehicles.
- Vehicle modifications using parts not approved by BV Powersports.
- Failures not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
The policy also excludes normal-wear items and services including spark plugs, filters, oil changes, fenders, seats, fasteners, decals, cosmetic body panels, and natural discoloration from ultraviolet exposure.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Claims for purchases from TrailMasterGoKarts.com must be handled through TrailMasterGoKarts.com. Email scott@trailmastergokarts.com with your order number, model, a description of the issue, and any available photographs.
BV Powersports requires the warranty registration card and original sales invoice on file before a claim can be processed. Photographs or return of a defective component may be requested for review. Retain defective components until the claim has been reviewed and you receive instructions regarding their disposition.
Claims are subject to BV Powersports review and approval under the applicable policy. For approved claims, TrailMasterGoKarts.com is responsible for shipping charges on warranty parts shipped directly to the customer. This does not include vehicle pickup or delivery.
