Policies

SHIPPING POLICY 

We ship TrailMaster vehicles throughout the Continental United States. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Most new units ship within 1–3 business days, depending on availability, warehouse location, and carrier scheduling. This timeline is not a guarantee.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed during normal business hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  • When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Transit Times

Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination. Typical transit times range from 3–10 business days. Rural areas or remote locations may require additional time. Black Friday Through the New Year holiday will add delays up to 14 business days total. 

Freight Deliveries (Go Karts, UTVs, Mini Bikes, Dirt Bikes)

Large units must ship via freight carriers and require a delivery appointment.

  • An adult must be present to inspect and sign for delivery.

  • Please check for visible damage before signing the bill of lading.

  • If there is damage, note it on the paperwork and contact us immediately. 

Damages During Transit

If your shipment arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will work quickly to resolve shipping issues. Do not resue delivery unless the engine is punctured.

We currently ship within the continental United States.

 RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Vehicle Returns

The only conidtion under which a vehicle may be returned is severe damage during shipping. Vehicle may be refused at time of delivery. If customer accepts delviery and finds concelaed damage to the engine, a return request must be made within 24 hours. Absolutely no assemebly steps may be done.

  • The unit must be unused, in original condition, and in the original crate or packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for meeting the pickup driver.

  • A restocking fee may apply if the kart does not meet our return guidelines.

  • Units that have been assembled, fueled, ridden, or modified are not eligible for return, ever. 

    Incorrect Items

    If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. 
    We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
    Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Assembled vehicles

    • Used vehicles

    • Modified units

    • Electrical components (once opened)

    • Clearance items
