Product Overview

TrailMaster Hurricane 200X Pro — Premium Mini Bike for Teens & Adults

The Hurricane 200X Pro is TrailMaster’s upgraded mini bike built for backyard trails, campgrounds, and ranch use. It combines a torquey 4-stroke engine with a torque converter (CVT) for smooth takeoff and hill-friendly power. Hydraulic braking and upgraded suspension deliver confident control, while GoKartMasters™ backs you with parts, support, and straight-shooting warranty help.

Who It Fits

  • Riders: teens and adults who want a compact, rugged trail machine
  • Terrain: yards, fields, dirt paths, and light trails (not street-legal)
  • Learning curve: CVT makes it easy for new riders; throttle limiting is simple

Why Choose the 200X Pro

  • Smoother drive: torque converter (CVT) for better low-end pull vs. clutch minibikes
  • Control & safety: hydraulic disc brake(s), grippy tires, upgraded suspension
  • Reliable platform: air-cooled 4-stroke small-engine design with excellent U.S. parts support
  • Easy ownership: electric start (where equipped) with pull-start backup; simple maintenance

Holiday Inventory & Shipping

  • Nationwide shipping from our distributor warehouse in Garland, Texas
  • Typical delivery within 14 days of order; Pacific Northwest & New England can run longer
  • Order by Dec 6–7 for the safest Christmas Eve window; Dec 10 is last-chance and risky
  • Local pickup: available from Garland, TX by arrangement (usually ready in 3–4 days)

Safety & Gear

Always ride with a properly fitted DOT helmet. We also recommend goggles, gloves, long sleeves, pants, and sturdy boots. Ride on private property where permitted; follow local regulations.

Warranty & Support

  • 12-month Master Warranty against manufacturer defects (includes shipping damage)
  • Most claims are photo-based; labor is not covered
  • Engine running issues must be diagnosed by a certified small-engine shop (diagnostic fee covered only if the engine is warrantied)
  • Exclusions: wear items (belts, brake pads, etc.), misuse, racing/jumping, or lack of maintenance

Break-In & Maintenance

  • Top off oil at assembly; perform break-in service at ~5 hours
  • Keep the chain adjusted and tires properly inflated
  • Use quality fuel; non-ethanol preferred. If using pump gas, add stabilizer (e.g., Sta-Bil or Sea Foam)
  • When idle, keep the battery on a maintainer. For storage, add stabilizer, run, then store covered/indoors
