TrailMaster Warranty Policy

TrailMaster vehicles include a limited warranty that protects customers against manufacturer defects. This warranty is valid only when the vehicle has been properly assembled, registered, and purchased through an authorized dealer.

This page summarizes the official warranty terms exactly as provided in the 2025 Warranty & Policies documentation.

1. Product Registration (Required)

For the warranty to be valid, the product must be registered within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  • A completed warranty registration card must be submitted.

  • A copy of the original sales invoice must be on file.

  • Units must be assembled by a certified mechanic or authorized dealer.

  • All warranty claims must be processed through the dealer where the product was purchased.

Important:
No warranty coverage will be provided for unregistered vehicles.

2. Warranty Coverage Overview

The warranty becomes active on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
Damage or missing parts from shipping are not considered warranty claims.

During the warranty period, manufacturer-defective parts will be replaced.
Labor is not covered.
Shipping charges for replacement warranty parts are the responsibility of the selling dealer.
